Exeter Chiefs assistant coach Ali Hepher says next season might be even tougher than their first two in the Premiership.
He acknowledges there'll be a whole new level of expectation on the club.The Chiefs will be hoping to build on the foundations of last term when they finished 5th and qualified for the Heineken Cup
But with eight new faces and the imminent arrival of Fijian international Watisoni Votu, Hepher says they're ready for the tough new challenges that lie ahead.
