He's raising awareness of PTSD
The co-founder of a south-west based charity is walking the length of the UK.
Kheiron Howard, who's a serving member of the Royal Marines, co-founded My Oppo Supporting Families with PTSD. Throughout August, he will be walking from Lands End to John O'Groats.
He's walking 30 miles a day for 30 days - dedicating every 2 miles to a life lost in conflict in Afghanistan whilst also aiming to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of PTSD.
