Exeter's Six Rifles are currently the best performing battalion in the whole of the Army when it comes to recruitment.
Since September last year the local reserves have been top in terms of the number of new members they've attracted.
It comes at a time when there's a big national drive to increase the size of the reserve force.
Anyone wanting to find out about joining up can go along to Six Rifles' training evenings on Tuesdays at Wyvern Barracks.
