Pedestrian suffers broken hand in hit and run

Nissan driver left the scene

A pedestrian has suffered a broken hand after he was struck in a suspected hit and run in Plymouth.

It happened whilst he was crossing the road under the railway bridge between Pennycomequick Roundabout and North Cross Roundabout between 9.30pm and 10pm on Thursday 13 March.

It's believed the driver, who left the scene, may have been in a dark blue or purple Nissan Qashqai.

Officers investigating the incident are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
