The merger between Bicton College and the Cornwall College Group has been officially launched - creating one of the country's biggest land-based providers of education and training.
The move will secure the future of both colleges and also lead to new courses being offered in East Devon and brings to an end to a long period of uncertainty over Bicton's future.
