The organisation which buys 80 per cent of healthcare in Devon is looking for ways to save money, as it's facing an overspend of nearly 15 million pounds this year.
The northern, eastern and western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group says it's working with the hospitals and other health services to identify possible efficiencies.
It says it IS meeting its targets for A&E waiting times and target dates for treatments.
