Exmouth has made the top ten in a list of the most up and coming seaside towns.
The survey was released in response to news that Salcombe in South Devon is Britain's most expensive seaside town.
Exmouth has seen house price growth of more than 30 per cent in the last 10 years as the area becomes more desirable.
