Elton John fans demand refunds over traffic management

Westpoint are facing a deluge of complaints after many Elton John fans were unable to get to last night's concert there because of the heavy traffic. People have taken to social media to describe the traffic management on the roads leading to the site as a shambles.

Neil Walker allowed two and a half hours to get to Westpoint from Plymouth but was stuck in an un-moving queue for an hour and got there 45 minutes late, missing at least half the show

Yvonne Bealey was meant to be going as a birthday treat - despite living in Exeter near the motorway junction, just a short distance from Westpoint, she and her husband couldn't reach the site.

Westpoint have posted on Twitter to say they're processing the complaints and will pass them on to management.

With regard to refund requests, customers are being asked to contact the organisation they bought their tickets from.
