Fire crews have freed a person after two vans collided on an East Devon road.
They crashed on the A 30 between Monkton and Upottery at a quarter to seven this morning.
Fire crews used a saw to get the person with chest injuries out of the wreckage...they're not thought to be seriously injured...three others suffered minor injuries.
The A 30 is blocked and diversions are in operation.
