Concern about fine for RD&E

The MP for Exeter says he's furious that the city's RD&E hospital is being fined one and a half million pounds for failing to meet targets.

It's being penalised by the Clinical Commissioning Group for not meeting some deadlines for diagnosis or referral, and missing waiting time targets in Accident and Emergency.

Labour MP Ben Bradshaw says it's another example of the Government's mishandling of the NHS.
