The effects of yesteday's heavy rain and floods are still causing problems in East and Mid Devon.
Last night police remained at the scene of a collapsed canal bank near Tiverton.. which caused water from the Grand Canal to flood into fields.
Flooding has also continued to cause problems on several roads - the B3181 is closed at Broadclyst - and some train services are disrupted.
and there are still flood warnings in place for the rivers Exe, Culm and Clyst.
