Missing man's family informed
For the second consecutive day, police have reported that the search for a missing man has ended with the discovery of a body.
Earlier this week, a body was found at the foot of cliffs at Sidmouth. The search for missing 60-year-old Trevor Stevens was called off.
Now police looking for 43-year-old Bruce Bower from Budleigh Salterton, who disappeared from his home on Wednesday, say they located a body that evening in countryside near to the East Devon town.
Mr Bower's family has been informed. The death isn't being treated as suspicious. A file is being prepared for the coroner.
