Exeter's academy for deaf children has revealed plans for a 25 million pound, world class centre, to replace its current premises.
They hope to build it on the site of the old St Luke's school.
The centre will house health and social services for the children as well as educational facilties.. and the aim is to make it an inspiring and creative environment.
It's also designed for people who have to see one another to communicate, with wide corridors so that pupils can walk alongside one another, and large classrooms so that they can sit in a horseshoe shape, not in rows.
