Man robs bookies in Plymouth

Detectives are investigating an alleged knifepoint robbery of a bookies in Plymouth.

It reportedly happened on Wednesday 11 October 2023 at Betfred on Plymstock Broadway.

A man was seen entering the shop brandishing a knife whilst making threats to staff and left with cash from the till – leaving staff 'shaken up' by the incident.

A 28-year-old man was arrested but has since been released without charge.

Officers are now appealing to identify the person pictured above, who they believe can help with inquiries. They’re also after CCTV or dashcam footage.
