Exeter has seen the UK's fastest growth in the ownership of ultra-low emission vehicles since 2018, according to new figures.
DVLA data analysed by Motorway.co.uk found the number in the city increased by over 150 per-cent in the year to December. The data was analysed by Motorway.co.uk
That's the biggest rise in the country.
