Conservative lose nearly half their seats
The Liberal Democrats have retained their majority control of North Devon District Council, with 22 of its 42 seats.
A poor set of results for the Conservatives left them with just seven seats, while Labour failed to claim a single seat on the council once more.
The Green party is one seat up on its 2019 campaign, while the Independents walked away with eight seats.
