Bluebird Care's demand for their services have skyrocketed ever since
An Exmouth homecare provider is moving to the centre of the town after an ‘outstanding’ rating of care has seen demand for their services increase dramatically.
Speaking about the good news, Exmouth manager Frankie Rowe, said: “There have been a flurry of enquiries every day since last November when we received our ‘outstanding’ CQC rating. People want to get homecare they can trust for their loved ones.”
The new office will be much more accessible to customers and provide greater visibility for the homecare provider. Bluebird Care Exmouth hopes the move to the site of a former charity shop on Church Street will result in one more administrative job and up to 15 more care assistant jobs over the next 12 months.
Frankie explained: “There is so much demand for high quality homecare. We get a lot of referrals by word of mouth, healthcare professionals and from customers and their families. With a bigger team, we will be able to provide more homecare in the area, as well as boosting employment.”
