Exeter Chamber announces first business awards

They will feature six categories

Exeter Chamber is pleased to announce its first ever standalone business awards; The Exeter Impact Awards. The new awards aim to recognise those who have made a significant impact on their own business or in driving business success in Exeter.

The awards will take place on Thursday 20th April 2023 at The Forge, by Winslade Manor. Hosted by CEO of Exeter Chamber Richard Marsh, and board director James Court of NatWest and compered by Julie Hawker MBE of Cosmic, and Rosie Parsons, photographer extraordinaire.

The Exeter Impact Awards will feature six categories: People, Place, Business, Team Achievement, Next Generation, and Chamber member. The awards are open to businesses of all sizes in Exeter and the Greater Exeter Area.

A special recognition award will also be presented to a Chamber member who has a proven record of making a positive impact in driving business success in Exeter.

Steve Gates, Chair of Exeter Chamber and EIA judge comments on the new awards; “I’m extremely proud to be launching and judging the first standalone business awards from Exeter Chamber. A vibrant and growing business economy is crucial for the future success of our city and its surrounds. The current challenging business environment makes it more important than ever to recognise the positive impact that businesses have within Exeter.”
