Coffee, cake and raffle fundraiser for Cardiac Risk in the Young
Myself and Charlotte are putting on a fundraiser to raise money for Cardiac Risk in the Young.
This is in memory of what would of been my daughter 30th birthday.
She passed away on the 2nd June 2016 age 21 of a Cardiac arrest in her sleep.
