'Hopes and Expectations' is the third story in the Eastwood Story series published by Chronos Publishing. Following on from 'Looking to Move On' and 'Living the Difference', this brand new book continues the story of Matt, Sophie and Tilly living in the market town of Eastwood Minster. Sophie and Matt West are expecting twins—a hopeful new chapter shadowed by memories of the past and the challenges of raising a growing family. But as old adversaries resurface, like school bully Robert Jordan, and unspoken grief lingers, the couple must draw strength from their close-knit community. Meanwhile, Eastwood Minster hums with its own dramas. Liz James and Alice Nichols hope the town will curb its gossiping, although they know better. Former students Tracey and Jack are navigating heartbreak and uncertain futures, while Will Taylor’s world is unexpectedly set alight. Amid it all, young Tilly dreams of football glory, determined to one day play for England. Another story of hope over adversity – with happy endings!
Published to coincide with World Storytelling Day. Please contact richardnfrost@outlook.com if you would like to come.
