Police were called to a house in the town at around 1.40am on the morning of Thursday 6th December .
A man in his 20’s had been stabbed several times.
A 22-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, have been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
Police are appealing for witnesses and would like to hear from anyone who may have information that can assist with the investigation.
