Tony Hogg backs Police Federation over funding

Devon's police and crime commissioner has backed the organisation representing rank and file officers, over its clash with the Home Secretary this week.

Tony Hogg says policing is facing a crisis and the Goverment funding cuts are forcing compromises in all aspects of its work.
