Teenage motorcyclist seriously injured following Plymouth crash

A teenage motorcyclist is in hospital with serious injuries following a crash with a car on Monday afternoon. 

Police are appealing for any witness following a two-vehicle collision on Union Street in Plymouth.

It was reported at 4.25pm on Monday 18 November that a collision had occurred at the junction of Flora Street and Union Street.

The collision involved a black Kawasaki motorcycle and a black Citroen C4.

As a result of the collision the 19-year-old male rider of the motorcycle sustained serious and was taken to hospital where he remains. His 19-year-old pillion passenger was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The 28-year-old female driver of the Citroen was also checked over for minor injuries.
