A trucker watching videos at the wheel and a young woman driver making a Facetime phone call are among the offenders caught during this week's roads policing crackdown in Devon.
Operation Vortex also caught a man driving aggressively and tailgating on the A30 and someone speeding at 101 miles an hour on the M5 near Exeter.
