Police are appealing for information and witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Exeter.
It took place in Ludwell Lane at around 7.30 on Saturday evening.
It involved a ford transit tipper van travelling towards Pynes Hill and a moped going in the opposite direction.
The motorcyclist...a twenty year old local man...was killed.
Two 24 year old local men were arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. They've been released on police bail until late August.
