Two teenagers arrested
A man is in hospital with serious injuries after being kicked unconscious in the early hours of Sunday morning.
He was attacked by two men outside Drake Circus in Charles Street at around 4.45am
It was reported he was kicked in the head several times.
Two men aged 18 and 19 from Launceston have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Police would like to hear from anybody who witnessed the incident, or for anybody with relevant phone, CCTV or dash-cam footage.
