Multi million pound plans to redevelop the site of Exeter's bus station go on show today.
The Crown Estate and Henderson Real Estate, who are the new owners of Princesshay, want to spend seventy million pounds transforming the site. They're planning a new cinema, restaurants, leisure facilities, shops and cafes...There would be a new bus station as part of the scheme.
The proposals will be on show this afternoon in Princesshay and also tomorrow and on Saturday.
