It comes into force at midnight until 10am Wednesday.
Exeter's Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for ice covering the whole of Devon.
The forecaster had warned earlier of more unsettled weather this week. The Environment Agency has also issued flood alerts for parts of the River Exe.
The warning says ice may cause travel disruption overnight and into tomorrow morning. It says to expect.

- Probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths
