Devon and Cornwall police say the percentage of motorists caught drink-driving in the two counties during this summer's campaign was lower than last year.
During June seven hundred and 76 drink-drive tests were carried out... 17 per cent were positive, or the driver refused or failed to carry out the test.
In the same month last year, it was 21 per cent.
Eleven of the people who were over the limit were morning-after drink-drivers - arrested between 5am and 11am.
