He's killed on Dartmoor
A man has died after his flat-bed van was found on its side on Dartmoor on Wednesday.
Emergency services were called just after 2.30pm to Reedy Hill in Dunsford. They found a Ford Transit flatbed on its side. The 76-year-old had been taken out of the vehicle and emergency CPR was provided by members of the public.
The air ambulance attended, but despite everyone's efforts, the man died at the scene.
The road was closed for around six hours whilst police investigated. Recovering the vehicle was said to be "complicated".
Police are appealing witness to call them 101 and quote log number 505 of 14 April.
