Police are appealing for information following reports of a large-scale disorder in Cowick Street, Exeter on Friday 23 October.
An altercation is said to have taken place involving 10 to 15 people near the Tesco store between 9.30 p.m. and 10.10 p.m.
A 29-year-old man from Dawlish was arrested on suspicion of affray. After being taken into police custody, he wasreleased under investigation pending further enquiries.
