Exeter City's midfielder picked up the injury on Boxing Day
Exeter City's academy graduate Jack Sparkes will be out for the rest of the season following the injury he picked up on Boxing Day at St James Park.
Sparkes was substituted in the second half against Newport - a game they won 1-0. The 19-year-old is due to see a specialist consultant this week.
