Police stopped driver on M5/A30 near Exeter
Devon and Cornwall Police's Road Crime Unit tweeted about the incident last night (Wednesday 3rd July).
The video shows the driver reaching speeds of 97mph.
They said the driver has been reported to the court and used the hashtag #unacceptable
