    SEEDS warn over cuts and impact on services for domestically abused

    An Exeter domestic violence support group says services for victims are definitely deteriorating because of a shortage of funding.

    Public sector spending cuts mean local authorities have less money to award to charities and voluntary organisations.

    Jeanette Brown from the SEEDS group - which helps survivors of domestic abuse - says the funding cuts suffered by the police are also taking their toll.
