The developers behind the proposed extension to Exeter's Princesshay shopping centre have announced that they're no longer going ahead with it.
The Crown Estate and TH Estate were going to redevelop the bus and coach station into new restaurants, shops and a cinema.
But they've announced that current market conditions mean many retailers and restaurateurs are more cautious about making new commitments, particularly in developments which take time to build and would require a commitment several years ahead.
