Drivers who use a new bypass near Exeter as a race-track are being warned that their vehicles could be seized if they continue doing it.
Police are promising tough action against the drivers and motorcyclists who residents of Clyst Honiton say are causing regular noise and danger.
They line up to race around two roundabouts and through a road tunnel.
Some of the bikers have been filming the action with cameras on their helmets - and police say if they post the footage on social media, officers won't hesitate to use it as evidence.
