Police are asking the public for help to trace a 35-year-old man from the North Devon area.
They want to question Harry Kerwick in connection with a rape investigation.
They say they have made extensive enquiries to locate him but are now asking people for any information they may have about his whereabouts.
Mr Kerwick is white, 5' 2” tall with brown hair. He has tattoos on his left forearm with the phase ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE and the name JAMES.
He should not be approached, but if you see him, call police on 999 immediately quoting log number 275 of 18 September.
