A lorry driver whose HGV overturned on a motorway slipway near Exeter, spilling 25 tonnes of salt, has been cleared of dangerous driving.
The accident in December 2014 blocked both carriageways, after Trevor Morpus lost control of his lorry on the sharp bend at Junction 31 with the A30.
The former soldier who was working for a Tiverton based company was found guilty of careless driving but will keep his licence and his job.
He's been fined 600 pounds and given three penalty points.
