24 alien sightings in Devon & Cornwall in six years

Six UFO or alien sightings were reported to police in Devon and Cornwall last year, a Freedom of Information request has revealed - up sixfold over 2019, where only one alien space crew was thought to have flown over the region.

Of the 24 similar reports, the force [be with you] say all but four involved people with mental health issues and are therefore not indicative of extra-terrestrial sightings.

Of the four, two incidents – in Falmouth and Plymouth in 2016 – also both involve individuals who were recorded as sounding heavily intoxicated, the response said, while a sighting in East Devon in 2018 turned out to be a helicopter, while officers responding to a call from 2020 in Illogan could find no evidence of a UFO or drone.
