A new performance venue in Exeter - which could be a theatre - is being considered by the city council. It's looking at various options for the future of Exeter's Corn Exchange and the nearby area of South Street.
Some of the businesses occupying the same block have their leases coming to an end in 2020 and the council says it makes sense to start thinking about the future of the area.
It says traders will be at the heart of any decision and the public will be fully consulted.
