Police are trying to track down a 32-year-old man from Exeter who's wanted for recall to prison, after breaching the conditions of his release on license.
Shay Scales was jailed for theft earlier this year.
He has connections in Exeter and Tiverton, and across other parts of Devon.
He's five foot 11 tall with gingery brown hair and has tribal lettering and patterns tattooed on his right arm.
