Baxter is among a five-man shortlist for the Director of Rugby of the Season accolade
The Exeter Chiefs leader, who has secured his side a Premiership home-semi final with 16 victories in 21 games this season, has had another phenomenal year in charge at the Devon club.

The winner will be announced on Wednesday, 22 May at the star-studded 2019 Premiership Rugby Awards, presented by Premiership sponsors Gallagher.
