An eco-friendly energy centre to power the new town of Cranbrook, and other East Devon developments, has been completed.
The £3m E.ON plant uses new technology to pipe heat and hot water to the town, and Skypark development.
It will join the National Grid in 2013 and provide five to 10 jobs.
