People could be banned from driving on to a beach and slipway in Exmouth following complaints of anti social activities. The district council's considering a Public Space Protection Order, but wants local residents' views.
The order, if introduced, would cover Shelly Beach and Belshers Slipway, where the anti-social behaviour's been reported.
But the council says such a measure is not to be taken lightly and wants to know whether users of the beach and slipway, as well as people living nearby, think it's needed.
A consultation's running till September 7th and the council will also involve the police and highways authority - talks will include how the ban would be enforced.
