Firefighters called to incidents in Exeter, Teignmouth and Exmouth last night.
At about 8pm they were called to a houseboat on fire at Exeter quay - the boat was left badly damaged.
At about 20 to nine, firefighters were called to a house full of smoke, with alarms sounding, in Grove Terrace, Teignmouth.
There were concerns that someone was still in the building but they established that everyone WAS accounted for.. and dealt with a small kitchen fire - one person was taken to hospital as a precaution
And at 10 to eleven, they were called to a block of flats in Imperial Road, Exmouth - the building was heavily smoke-logged but the fire itself was minor and no-one was hurt.
