Will locals get answers?

Brixham residents will have the chance to question South West Water representatives tonight (September 12) following weeks of disruption caused by a cryptosporidium outbreak.

The water quality issue left many unable to drink their tap water.

South West Water is hosting a meeting at Scala Hall, New Road from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM to address concerns and regain trust

A panel of representatives, including Local MP Caroline Voaden, will discuss the incident, answer questions, and share the company's plans for preventing future occurrences.

Attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance to ensure everyone has a fair chance to be heard.

South West Water say they "acknowledge the impact the recent cryptosporidium issue had on Brixham residents and businesses and took swift action to address the problem and restore clean drinking water. "
