It happened over Torbay last night
NPAS Exeter, the police helicopter that serves Devon and Cornwall came under a sustained laser strike last night, whilst helping Devon and Cornwall police investigate a break-in at beach huts at Broadsands, Paignton.
They tweeted to say it is "extremely dangerous and can lead to a prison sentence of up to 5 years"
