This Year’s Half Marathon will happen on Saturday, February 8th and Sunday, February 9th.
The two-lap 13.1-mile course will commence from the Piazza Terracina, Haven Road and take the scenic route along Exeter’s historic Quayside and around Riverside Valley Park. Both Saturday and Sunday events are now open to all with an extended maximum completion time of 3 hrs.
As well as the pride that comes with finishing a half marathon, you’ll receive a bespoke medal for your efforts.

The Riverside 5 Miles
Alongside the Exeter Half Marathon, we are holding a 5 mile event. Our aim is always to encourage as many participants as is possible for our events and to cater for all abilities, this 5 mile run allows flourishing runners to take part and also some of our younger runners.
The route will take you along the Exeter Quayside, through the scenic Riverside Valley Park and back to the finish line at Haven Banks to pick up your medal.
Start Time: 8:45 am
Finish Time: 12:00 am
As always, we organise these events to support a range of sports participation and wellbeing activities for people of all ages across the community.
